By clicking on the link below a security window will pop up asking if you want to run or save this file? If you cannot select the "Run" option, then save the file to your desktop and open it after the download is complete. If you can, select "Run" instead of saving the file.

Another Security Warning window will pop up. Select "Run" and you will be connected to the online support desk.

Once the session has started you can monitor what is happening and chat with the technician.
